JOB TITLE: Customer Relationship Specialist

REPORTS TO: Agency Manager

HOURLY RANGE: $20.75-24.41/hour

HOURS: Minimum 80 hours/month with a variable schedule. Scheduled hours are provided with 2-weeks’ notice and typically the first and last weeks of the month require more shifts.

Job Purpose:

Four Directions Financial is a partnership between Boyle Street Community Services and ATB to create a bank that enables Edmontonians who are homeless, or at-risk of homelessness, to access financial services. As a member of the Four Directions team, the Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) will be a first point of contact for customer service and will also support general operations, including mail and I.D. services.


Customer Service: Provide face-to-face core transactional banking services to customers; Provide support and encouragement for customers to help them reach their financial goals; Establish bank accounts, process daily transactions with efficiency and accuracy, and refer customers to other potential services within the Boyle Street Community Services family of programs and supports.
