your donation leads to success stories like these

When you support Boyle Street Community Services, you support practical services, strong relationships, and pathways toward greater stability and connection for those experiencing poverty and homelessness. Your donation makes an immediate impact in our community, helping provide access to housing, health care, basic needs, crisis response, family connection, culture and ceremony, and so much more.

At our art space, a grandmother met her granddaughter for the first time. The grandmother had been living rough and having a difficult time and had never met her granddaughter. But she came to the space regularly, so the staff were able to reach out to her family to arrange a meeting. That happened in our space where we could create that safe environment, and the art helped bring them together.

One of our staff moved from our Street Outreach team to a supportive housing team. Many of the residents were delighted to see her, as she had worked with them when they were living rough. Our work relies on strong, long-lasting relationships that help us toward the good life.

At CHEW, siblings participated in ceremony for the first time after months of attendance. A donation to Boyle Street makes an immediate impact in your community by supporting essential programs and services like CHEW that help people access resources, build relationships, and move toward miyo-pimâtisiwin - the good life.

Our Identification Services program recorded 6,973 identification services between December 15, 2025 and June 15, 2026. Your gift helps thousands of people overcome practical barriers and move forward with the documents that we all need and take for granted – until we don’t have them.

The goal of the “inVisible Persons” Projection Project is to record some of the stories and storytellers from the drop-in space at Boyle Street Community Services, and then to project the complete interviews in a public space.

Every gift helps Boyle Street walk alongside people as they create their own pathways to miyo-pimâtisiwin, Cree for “the good life.”

When people can access care in a dignified way we can restore hope, find belonging, and build lasting change.

We can't do this alone
