Do you have questions about our #BuildWithBoyle campaign?

Check out our FAQ below or contact us directly.

  • Will the new facility be wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The proposed facility is fully accessible with ramping systems and elevators between floors, as well as accessible washrooms and other spaces.
  • Will you offer more services at the new location?
No, additional service delivery is not planned for this new building. Our new location will allow us to provide existing programs in a better, more intentional way.
  • Are you planning to expand the site in the future?
At the present there is no plan to expand the site or services provided.
  • Will this location have a safe consumption site?
No, the new site will not have a supervised consumption site.
  • Is this site a further concentration of services?
The new building moves our existing services a very short distance (two blocks) and will result in minimal additional impact on residents, businesses and those that access our services.
  • Have you engaged with the local business and community?
We have already met with numerous business and community groups in the area and have developed a comprehensive engagement plan.
  • What will you do about loitering and camps on the sidewalk in front of the building?
The new building for Boyle Street includes a large enclosed outdoor space in the back of the building, allowing individuals to move off public sidewalks and into a dignified and private outdoor space.
