Donate In-Kind

What does it mean to donate “in-kind”?

To donate "in-kind" means to donate items such as clothing and hygiene products, rather than money.

How can I donate in-kind?

We recognize that giving in-kind is a holiday tradition for many families, groups and businesses.  While we are incredibly grateful for your support and willingness to give, we ask that consider a monetary donation instead.  A monetary donation this season will allow us to focus on providing essential services and prioritize our staff and clients’ health and safety during COVID-19.

Your monetary donation will have a direct impact on our clients and enable our organization to work safely and effectively this holiday season. The following are examples of essential items purchased for our clients, and the average cost for each item:

$10: Thermal socks

$25: Long underwear

$40: Tent

$50: Sleeping bag

$100: Winter jacket

I want to make a large or corporate in-kind donation.

To learn more about how to make a large or corporate in-kind donation, please contact our Corporate and Donor Partnership Lead: Kassidy Green (she/her) at kgreen@boylestreet.org or (587) 335-7371
